We record your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you – nothing else.

  • Technical functionality, so we can remember your preferences.
  • Traffic measurements, to know how many visits our website.

Payment

For goods bought on www.usmeus.com you can pay via PayPal.

Delivery

We send out packages outside Denmark with Post Nord and their partners in your country. As soon as we have sent the package, you will be provided with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel.

We intend to ship your parcel 2-5 business days from the time you place your order in other circumstances we will contact you. However, we reserve ourselves unforeseen occurrences that might complicate transportation.

Shipping

Shipping in Europe (outside Denmark) is approx. 120DKK.

We are more than happy to ship abroad the price will respect the current shipping rates.

Cancellation and complaints

www.usmeus.com follow Danish complaint and cancellation law, which gives you a 14 day cooling-off period to cancel your purchase. If you want to place a complaint or return a product, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@usmeus.com.

If you wish a reversal, please remember that you are allowed to try the product (as if you were to try it in a store were you leave it in the same, new condition). However, you are not allowed to take it into actual use. If the product has been used and returned different from itsoriginal condition, the product will be considered used. More specifically, you will only get a small amount or none of the purchase amount in return, depending on the products commercial value.

For complaints, we ask you to describe the deficiency as detailed as possible (preferably with photos) so we are able to find a solution as quickly as possible.

When returning the product, you must off course ensure that the product is packed safely. Additionally, in order for us to rapidly process your complaint or cancellation, please make sure to attach your order confirmation.

Notification about complaints

If you, contrary to expectations, should feel that we do not live up to the legislation on the above terms regarding a product or service purchased from us please file a complaint through The Online Dispute Resolution website (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
